WORKING GROUPS 4.1.   Working groups will be established by the Board to study industry issues and provide recommendations. 4.2.   Members should provide specialised staff, actively engaged in the working group process. 4.3. Each working group will be headed by a chairman, responsible for the proper functioning of the group. The chairman will be appointed by and report to a specific Board member. 4.4.
