MISSION |

To provide a forum to members of IAHA for the discussion of legal and associated issues of concern to the ground handling industry, particularly those with implications for the standard ground handling agreement, and to provide advice and recommendations to the membership in relation to the same. |

To analyze and provide advice on changes to the IATA standard ground handling agreement. |

To review matters of insurance, risk and indemnity which have impact on ground handling. |

To review legal issues which have implications for the ground handling industry. |

To represent the views of IAHA to other bodies, associations and regulators on legal and insurance matters. |
